Emily Lam

Hi, I am Emily Lam.
Pixel per Em is my personal creative showcase—a name inspired by Apple’s design standards from the 1980s. It reflects my passion for precision, where every pixel and every “em” matters. With an international upbringing, I bring a cross-cultural perspective to my work. I find it fascinating to explore the intersection between different cultures, and the intersection of Eastern and Western perspectives. My work spans digital, web, UI, and print platforms, all crafted with meticulous attention to detail and a drive to push creative boundaries.

With 15+ years in branding, corporate identity, and visual communications, I manage the full design process from concept to execution. My skills include UI and website design, wireframes, architecture, and hands-on HTML coding for seamless functionality. I also bring strong vendor and project management expertise, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely delivery. I always want to bring my design to engage our audiences to think from a global citizen perspective, on top of an American perspective. Think out of the box, experiment, and create something new.
